The process followed the exact description given to me when I approached the company; the formalities were flawless, the responses to my clarification questions were prompt, and the collection of the items was quick and on time where I was provided initially with a date for that collection, then a shorter timespan, before a call roughly 40 minutes ahead of reaching my location to collect the items.
